With his group "Guilherme Vergueiro + 5" (Cisão Machado,
(bass), Duda Neves, (drums), Claudio Guimarães (guitar),
Teco Cardoso, (reeds) and Edu Helou (keyboards), played various
concerts in S. Paulo and Rio and at the "Free Jazz Festival".

1986 - Solo concert with depoiment at the "Museu da Imagem e do Som"
in São Paulo. 

1983 -1986 - Leading his groups, participated in several events in Brazil,
like "Festival Internacional de Jazz" de São Paulo,

on Brazilian Music and tour in several cities.

for the Eldorado Record Company in Brazil,
and for Brazilian artists such as Carlinhos Vergueiro,

Nico Assumpção, Claudio Gulmarães, Raul 				
Mascarenhas, among others. 

1980 - Back in Brazil, released his first LP 'Naturalmente"
touring with his group in several Brazilian cities. 

1975/1980 - In New York, where lived for 5 years, formed with bassist
Walter Booker the group "Love, Carnival and Dreams",
playing in several venues such as "The Village Gate"
and "Boomers." and at Theaters and Universities.
For 3 years, musical director of the night-club "Cachaça",
the only at that time specialized on Brazilian Entertainment. 

1973 - Musical director of the play "Labirinto, o Balanço da Vida",
with renowned Brazilian actor Walmor Chagas,
winner of the Moliere Award for best play of the year. 

1970/1972 - Worked in several night clubs in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo,
leading his own groups and singing, and also as pianist
for great names in Brazilian Popular Music,
such as Agostinho dos Santos and Lany Andrade.
Recorded with his trio a series of Radio Specials
for the Eldorado Radio Station and for the TV Educativa
de São Paulo. Worked as pianist in the quintet
of legendary drummer Edison Machado.
